If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that keep falling short may be removed. Note that Felldrop Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@felldrop.world and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A brief account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
